Hello, I was charged twice for this month (3 months plan).
Plan that I didn't want to renew, but the site wouldn't let me change it back to what I usually have.
Then you took a double payment, and now we are facing charges...
Please fix this situation

Situation is resolved, not sure what exactly happened, but the second payment disappeared...
Maybe it was a pending, but that's not what it was showing.

I was able to get in contact with a CS agent. Now I have to wait and see 🙈

Please note we are customers like you.
I would first and foremost suggest contacting your credit card company or bank to confirm these are double payments and not "PENDING" payments. Those are often mistaken. Then contact a CS Agent.
