Hello,
I just looked at my bank statement and noticed that I was double charged my bill for February (billed twice on the same day). However, I checked my payment history and everything looks fine - one payment.
Not sure if this is a Public Mobile issue or would this be more of my bank's, TD, issue.
Please advise.

I'm a TD customer and there are times when the same transaction will be under both pending and posted. Please check if that is the case.

Your bank will ask you to contact PM before they do anything. Contact customer service and send them a copy of the statement showing double charge. If they refuse to reverse it you can contact your bank
