I was just charged to reactivate my phone because the visa debit card was not accepted.
everything was correct with the number.
I used a different card and it worked.
I was charged to reactivate
then charged to change my plan
i believe I was double charged
what can be done about this
why does the system reject cards that have previously worked fine?
Please any help is appreciated

you should use the Get Help button above and fill out the contact us form to contact Public Mobile or try to private message one of the mods with your information and hopefully they can get it all sorted out for you.
