Double charged and referral code not applied

Was charged $22.60 first, the $22.40 within a few minutes. The plan I subscribed for is $20 plan guaranteed for 24 months. It’s also showing my next payment to be $40, which is wrong. The promo code for referral I used was not applied. Getting errors and can’t create a ticket to reach the cs agent

There is a lot of confusion with the 50% promo from new members all day. From what I understand is that you are charged the full price of the plan plus taxes and you will receive a credit on your renewal date at the end of the month. Confirm this with a CS_Agent at:
