I just got double billed for one month how can I get the extra payment back?

hi @Shelley_child if you see the money in Available Funds on My Account , you can leave it there and will be used for next month
if you cannot find the money and need to ask PM agent, submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".

What exactly does double billing mean? Did you pay manually and the system also charged you same day? Extra credits will just remain on your account to help offset next month.
Public Mobile's policy is no refunds.
