I ordered a sim card this past Saturday, paid for it and received acknowledgement (Oder 290782. A short time later, I ordered a second SIM card for a second phone. I did not receive acknowledgement of the order but my credit card was charged with a second $10 plus tax.
Would you please investigate and ensure that I receive two SIM cards the mail.
Thanks.

I am sure PM staff see 2 orders to the same address so they will probably ship the 2 SIM in one envelope.

It seems to be 2-3 weeks and sometimes longer. You should receive them around the same time. If you need them sooner you can either go in store or order. Canadian Cell Supplies is much cheaper (I think last I checked is 2.99) and their shipping is much quicker. If you only receive one from PM you can ask for the refund on the second one and go one of the alternate routes.

As to your question, you should be fine, the SIM cards take up to 3 weeks to get delivered, just remember, most members should receive their SIM before that.
