Hello,
1) I noticed on my CC statement I was charged twice for my PM plan.
2) I've also been waiting 3+ weeks to port my old Rogers number to Public Mobile (When I signed up for PM I just signed up for a new number, and was going to switch to my old number afterwards. That gave me errors. My old number no longer works anymore, Rogers said it was ported but I'm still using my new PM number. HELP its urgent I get my old number working ASAP.
At this point considering cancelling and porting my number back over to Rogers because I need that number.

the big backlog has been resolved i assume as issues are being dealt with much faster now..
sometimes you can also use twitter..i had faster response there..but for now, an "oracle" and me have taged Mary... so she should be with you soon...hopefully things get sorted out fast as it is worth ebing with PM... i have 3 lines..saving me a ton of money...
