I was double billed yesterday for services (I see that isnt uncommon based on the number of posts about that on here) Problem is I have sent two messages to Moderators in the last 24 hours and am not getting any response. Any ideas?

@Ranham, please post a screen cap of the payment history. Maybe we can assist with interpreting the numbers.

Wondering if you were attempting to pay, and doubled paid via an error. Did the website give you any suggestion that a payment had not gone through?

Same cost twice, or are you attempting to change your plan from an expired state?

It will take about 48 hours for moderator to response to your message. Any additional message will move you to the end of the moderator waiting queue.
I sent a private message to moderator this Tuesday and got my response on yesterday(Thursday). The wait time this week is about 48 hours..
