I have two charges on the same day for the same amount that have been processed (not pending) for an ongoing plan that I didn't change. I've reached out to @CS_Agent to hopefully resolve.

Can you explain why you believe you've been double billed?
Could it just be that you are seeing a pending and authorized charge on your credit card transactions and the pending charge will 'fall off'?
Or did you perform a plan change mid-cycle, in which case you'd be charged again for another cycle, something which is entirely plausible for folks doing immediate plan changes vs changing on the next renewal.

Please note that any overcharge will remain in your account as a credit to pay for next month bill.
You can DM a CS_Agent for a refund but it may take up to 30 days to process…the same time as your next bill.
