Have a Valid Sim and old phone Doogee 2014 turbo works with Sim card inserted my new phone Doogee 5X pro Sees sim & phone number in network operator sees public mobile 4G (old phone sees public mobile 3G ) When trying to register phone on the network says " cant connect to this network right now try again later " Phone sees Telus SP APN Setting and they are ok The phone is dual sim tried sim in both been trying for 2 days now Phone link = http://www.devicespecifications.com/en/model/4d963668

I'm sorry to have been the the bearer of that bad news, @Hotpoint. That phone may work on other networks in Canada, such as the Rogers 2G network. Perhaps you can try to sell the phone online?
The Y300 that you have linked to is also not compatible with the Public Mobile 3G nor 4G networks.

@Hotpoint Your phone does not support the Telus network (according to the info in the link you've provided, too). The Telus network uses 850 & 1900 MHz for 3G (HSPA/UMTS) and Band 4 (1700/2100 MHz) for 4G (FDD-LTE). None of these are supported by your phone.
It's possible your phone may get SOME limited 4G coverage in some areas on one of the other bands that it does support (like band 7), but I wouldn't count on that if I were you.
