I bought a LD International call add on.  Why can't I call the Dominican Republic?

Sorry @Capilano3000 , you can only call selected countries using PM services.  The International Calling Add-on can only be used to call these countries, and Dominion Republic is not part of it:

Australia, Austria, Bangladesh, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Romania, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Thailand, Venezuela. Calls must originate from Canada.

So, you cannot call Dominican Republic with it.  You will need to buy calling cards from convenience store instead

And with the Calling add-on you got, if you have not used any of the minutes there, you can ask PM CS agent to reverse the purchase.   Please open ticket with PM support:

    Start by typing "Ticket", click "Contact Us"  then choose a topic, click "Login", finally click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗
    (if unable to receive 2FA via SMS when login, click "Didn't Receive code" or "Resend Code"
                then choose "
Send email" or "Send Voice Message" to get 2FA via email or voicemail)
2. If you have trouble with Chatbot or you don't have access to My Account: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after ticket submitted, CS Agent will reply to you there
