Does it matter if my phone does not support 2G or 3G?

The new phone I want to buy supports 4G, but has no bands for 3G or 2G on P.M.

will it matter since I don't use 3G data? Also will lack of 2G and 3G mean that I won't always have a strong signal to make and receive calls?

People will worry when they can't make/receive calls. Data will work but no calls.

2g is not used by PM but you need 3g for talk and text. Best to look for another phone.

Text messaging will actually work on the LTE network, but yes, 3g is required for phone calls.
