what kind of dispute? duplicated?
if you see an extra $5 , that is a Legacy network charge. It is the charge because you are using a phone still using 3G network for voice calls (although it might be using 4G for data). Change to a compatible phone and the $5 will be gone
But if the issues is that you see 2 transaction on My Account Payment history, that is in fact one charge, just PM likes to show in 2 lines
