I got a txt this morning that my payment didn’t go through. I cannot find a way to make a payment. I THINK I may have gotten a new card in the last three months with a new expiration date. How can I update this if I’m cut off. On vacation so no internet access due to being cut off

I have done this. I have sent SEVERAL messages to moderators (@CS_Agent) since yesterday morning. It's been over 24 hours and I have not had even a SINGLE response.
I have submitted messages outlining the issue, as well as containing all of the information that should be needed -- e-mail address, mailing address, alternate numbers, birth date, etc. and still NOTHING.
We will likely be looking for a new provider if this is not resolved quickly.

I can call 611 but they want the voucher number. I cannot purchase one

@Wizard765, I recall people have reported being able to buy Public Mobile vouchers from Shell, Esso and Canadian Tire gas stations as well as Shoppers Drug Mart and Walmart. What part of the country are you vacationing in. Perhaps people living in that area can suggest some places to try. It is unfortunate the Public Mobile has decided not to keep an official registry of locations selling vouchers.
You mentioned the lack of internet access. If you are able to make an online purchase, this may be a viable option.

With respect to making the payment, are you still able to call 611? If so, you can add a voucher that way.

@Wizard765It depends how long you have been cut off. I would suggest taking care of it a soon as possible, after 90 days your sim card will be junk, you will lose your account, you will lose your phone number.
If you do not have the ability to use your credit card, you can pick up vouchers and apply them to your account.

You have up to 90 days restart your service.
