I signed up at home yesterday and was referred by a friend. I put in his referral code when a created my account. He got his 1$/month rebate but I didn't get my 10$ bonus. Does anyone know how I can claim my 10$ bonus?

It came off my second billing. It is a bit confusing but less so than the bolts i was receiving from bell which i paid 3x as much for.

It often takes a little while for the $10 credit to show up -- 2 or 3 days, usually. (That's what happened to me.) If you don't see it after 3 days, you might try contacting a Public Mobile moderator by clicking on the question mark at bottom right. Good luck!

Don't sweat, it'll come. I signed up on Tuesday this week and I believe I got my email wed night / thurs morn saying the $10 had now been added. You'll see it in your account credit.

Yeah or if you still don't have it in the 72 hours maybe it could be like the rest of the credits/payments with PM and not be applied/visible until the first 30 days after when your bill is due or accessible

It takes up to 72 hours from sign up for credit to be applied to your account

It is most likely a technical issue and there should have been a referral credit on file.
This would be a moderator job as they need to go to your account. Wondering why you want you to contact them directly? The moderator team will need to ask you some private information that you really don't want the forum and the world know such as your PIN number, account information, phone number and maybe an email address. Unfortunately, the moderators are done for the day, and won't return until later this morning.
Do send them a message though.
