Hi 778,

My stab at humour had nothing to do with Timmies being U.S.-owned.

Putting U.S. ownership aside for a moment, I prefer to see ALL businesses operating in Canada to be owned by Canadians. I'm old enough to remember (but not as old as @Luddite) when key industries in Canada were owned by non-Canadians. It bothered me then, and it still bothers me now.

You can't assume everyone owns a video camera or an ordinary camera, for that matter. They might not have a data plan,or a computer or regular use of one, and even some prizes require a printer.

Instagram can only be downloaded on a mobile device.

facebook asks you for your phone number and/or your ID. Try and get facebook's phone number and address; but I guess most people don't even value their privacy anymore.

What I cant' figure out is why srlawren and others think everyone lives in the land of Oz?

@anon only open to those who could afford it? Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and dozens of email providers are all free to sign up for and use. Where are these costs prohibiting people from entering?

I don't feel this contest is either awesome or fair. Yes I agree that it's a nice gesture for PM's customers; albeit mostly as a marketing tool. However, in all fairness, many segments of the contest were only open to those that could afford it; and those who can afford it; don't really need it.

That is correct! Many winners and we are contacting them. However, sometimes there is a delay for the winners to respond back.
