Hi,
I did not receive any text messages from Sunday AM until Monday AM, even though I confirmed that many were sent to me. Up until that point I had been receiving texts just fine. I tried restarting my phone, clearing the cache of my messages app, etc., and nothing seemed to work. Also, I checked my account usage on the PM website, and none of the texts that I should have been receiving showed up there either (the last one received Sunday AM did show up however).
Two questions:
1) What happened?
2) Will I ever receive the messages that I missed?

Yes, the problem seems to have resolved itself and I am receiving texts again. I know of some messages that were missed over this period, but I'm worried that I may not know about others that were missed. None of the ones that I know were missed during this downtime have been received.

@tofu sounds like you have started receiving text messages again at least?
Only a mod or teech would be able to confirm if you'll receive the texts or really what happened.
Send them a private message with your details and they can look into it.
