Hi there I have placed a order for a SIM card on September 20 and my.order number is 147644
I am not sure if you need my p.o. box number to send it or just my street address I have email about this over a week ago and no response

How long until they reply?:
- Office Hours: Mon-Fri 9am to 9pm, and Sat-Sun 9am to 7:30pm [Totonto Time] from 9am to 7:30pm [Totonto Time].
- Messages are replied to during business hours and in the order they are received
- Typical response time is between 1-3 hours, depending on message queue, but can be up to 48 hours.
- There is no need to send multiple messages.

If you are contacting the Moderator via private message, it would be good to include your order number and address and/or any relevant information which you think would be helpful for them to more effeciently resolve your issue.

You need to contact the Moderator Team regarding the missing SIM card. They should be able to provide a refund or send you a new one.
