unfortunately my SIM Card was not delivered after 20 days now - is there a way to track the shipping of the card? If not, can I give you guys the order number to see what you can find out?

Correct; no tracking.
Click this, as it's more direct than a "tag": message to moderators to send a private message to the moderator team with the email receipt confirmation, your email address, and an explanation. Moderator hours are: Monday - Friday 9AM (ET) - 9PM (ET); Saturday - Sunday 9AM (ET) - 7:30PM (ET).
What is your locale? Someone nearby may have a spare.

Rather than just tagging the moderator team, I suggest sending them a private message with the order information so they can follow up with you.
