I just paid for the 29$/20gb plan, downloaded the app and attempted to transfer the number from my current carrier to the eSim. However, I keep getting the activation failed message (eSim not installed).
I read in previous posts that you can activate it yourself with a QR code in the activation email, but I never received such an email. The only email I have is my receipt.
Where can I submit a ticket to request this QR code? I can't seem to find it.

Typing in customer support agent will give the option.

I've transferred phone # from TELUS and activating eSIM. Service is working using the eSIM, but I have not received any activation email and when trying to go to My Account - it;s still telling me to resume Activation, but no steps on what I need to do. just to download the app, which I have obviously done.

it sounds like you have not use the Public Mobile app yet? did you just use the web browser to activate and not use the app yet? you need to download the app and login to complete the activation

Thanks for the info, yes my phone is eSim compatible. My email only contains my order details and instructions to activate the eSim via the app. Looks like I'll have to submit a ticket. I wish this was smoother, I was planning on transferring 2 phones to public mobile today, but I'll have to make sure this works before starting the process with the second one.

Did you check in your Spam email?
Is your phone eSIM compatible?
If it is not there, just click on the Chat icon and type in Submit a Ticket.

@J_Smart - It should say "Welcome to Public Mobile"
And here is what it should look like:
If you didn't find this email please contact CS_Agent in the little chat icon in the bottom right corner and type in "Submit a Ticket."
