Hi, how can I refund? Because I saw my transactions and there is two charges in my account. Pls check. Thanks

where you see the "two charges"? if you see it on My Account's Payment history, then it is just one charge. One line is to add the credit to the account, which is the actual charge. The 2nd line is how PM uses the credit to renew, which is not a charge
but if you see 2 charges on credit card, confirm if one of them just a pending charge. If just pending, it will be dropped off in a day or two
