Login on the PM app then go to Subscription tab>Manage Subscription> Subscription Renewal>Unsubscribe.
If you insubscribe longer than 90 days...your account will be closed, SIM will be useless and your number will be lost and will be returned to the carrier you got the number from.

Your account will be close after being in suspension for 90 days. Please disable autopay from within your Self Serve account. Also open a ticket using the chatbot at https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html or by using the support section of the Public Mobile app so that you can ask a Public Mobile customer support agent to removed any credit or debit card saved in your Public Mobile account.
