July 18 – tried using the PW reset link when I couldn't log in to my daughters account, seems the logical thing to do. However, as one of 2% of all the websites on earth, PM, a part of Telus, inexplicably is unable to provide this most basic of functions. Days go by with no link being sent, or you get a time-sensitive link sent to you when you're away from your machine, after being on it for hours with no incoming mail. Is this to taunt users?
July 23rd, as no link appears, I contact the moderators with a mail with all the account info needed for this process. 72 hours after sending that, a moderator emails me back, asking for the account info....sigh. I answer within 20 minutes, with the result—nothing! Deafening silence! Moderator AWOL!
I have had better service with this issue once in the past, not sure why it isn't possible now (or why PM just can't get this function a working link).

If you've resent yesterday already then I would just wait now. Sending them multiple messages will not help in this case 🙂

I've sent the info 3 times already, the last time was yesterday morning. Will start doing every night.

Sorry to hear that your simple password reset request was taken care of. I would send another message to the mods, this time including all your account details and your reason for contacting them since you have not heard back for week now, they may have overlooked your reply.

@Al_C Sadly, the password reset feature is not working at the moment. And i believe they are trying hard to fix it. Only way to reset your password is by contacting mod. Since you have done that already, there is nothing you can do other than waiting for a reply.
