Just want to confirm the mods were able to process my port today, it's now fully operational.

Me too! Absolutely ridiculous, especially since I was already a PM customer and made the (ill advised) decision to upgrade to the promo plan. AND NOW, to add insult to injury, the site won't let me send a support email becuase it claims "your email doesn't match"!! Match what? I have double and triple checked and its absolutely the correct email address they have on file. Very, very very frustrated. I have already sent two messages to mods but still no answer. Wow.

Port completed, but there is a little issue with the account itself, a ticket has been sent ref #: 7301907
Please periodically try rebooting your phone in about 1 hour from now and everything should be working fine.

@daisyhuang96 Im guessing you ahve already private messaged the mods? Whats causing your no service? Port problem?
