I just got the 20$ for 60G plan but my cellular data doesn’t work at all and I feel I wasted my money when I tried to go to support they couldn’t give me a phone number to call anyone and fix the problem, the I was chatting with some chat bot who simply wasn’t able to find me a solution. What the heck I wasted 20$ and my data isn’t even working

I’ve tried to contact a Agent a few times now they all give me the same solutions that don’t work

I’ve done all the above I’m also able to recover and call but my eSIM just won’t work when it comes to mobile data

can you confirm if the PM sim connected to the network?

and first, Reboot phone and Reset Network settings, test data again

please also try making calls and confirm if you can receive calls
