is your phone unlock? open network? Try to reset and if it doesn't work go to settings
cellular data APN should say isp.mb.com leave username blank and password blank hope that helps.
also take out sim and re-insert.

@acb59s96Acan you provide more info? as to teh problem? if its a password on your phone no one on the community can help you.
