I just have activated sim and account on public mobile and my phone has been connected to WiFi whole time but when I look at account usage it says like 19+ megs used how/why is that?
There are few occasional usage when you think its connected to wifi all the time, like disconnected for some seconds etc. Its normal to use small amount once a while.
There are always questions of ghost usage. Wifi assist, using data before connects to network. Losing wifi. I really wouldn't worry about it. If you want get a data tracking app and compare usage once a week.
