Thanks all for the help. I think I ended up reaching my limit. I made the mistake of using my phone as a hotspot for a new laptop....and I think it was downloading a bunch of programs in the background without me knowing about it. I wasn't sure though....becasue last time I got past 95% I thought I received another text warning.

Lol, I did suggest data witness PM. I didn't provide the play store link.

@Howald111, if you are using an android device, data witness PM from the play store is a very good app for monitoring data usage on the phone without having to go into the self serve portal each time.

@Howald111 if you don't see it on your front page overview, try going to
Plans and Add-ons -> Data & Add-On Usage
Direct link: https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/Overview/plan-and-Add-ons/Add-on-Usage/ (link will open in a new window)
It will show you your data limit, usage and remaining data and the status of the add on

Data usage should me on the main page of your self-serve account under "My Data & Add ons". If you see no usage there, it means you have used up all of your data
