Even though I have not used any data. My data usage shows that I have used data at odd hours like 2 am and 6 am. My billing cycle started April 4. Not sure what’s going on?

It used to be that PM did report data usage at wee hours but that data was Always returned to account.
Unless you are on support duties I would suggest to turn phone off during night and monitor data usage then or to avoid any incidental usage by all those apps wanting to do any communication with internet.

@Sb18 Public Mobile tallies up the data a couple of times a day, one time is somewhere around midnight or early morning. That makes it look like data is being used at those times but it actually isn't. Are you sure you haven't used any at all, do you have cellular data turned off on the phone?
