I have had my phone activated on Wednesday the 13th I believe it was I bought the promotion $39 with 20 GB I've only used it for 2 days and I have 8 GB left I was on with koodo for 30 GB a month and hardly even used any data but now that I've switched my data is eating up like crazy what can I do other than change my subscription and have to pay another $55

@Jojo45 , take a look at the usage history in your online account and try to match it to data stats on your phone. The usage meter is solid. On a slightly different matter, consider changing your current $39/20GB/30 day plan to the 90 day version ($112/60GB/90 days). You will pay $5 less per 30 day cycle and have the same average daily data usage. Another advantage is the data expiry is 90 days instead of 30 days so you can carry over data for a longer period of time.

How many speedtests have you done? Review your usage history to see what days you used a lot of data. Go thru your apps to see what has been using most of your data. Are you using your data saving tools? Data saver, warning and limiter? Background data off?
