My data Usage incorrect.

unlimited talk and text, All my text messages are failing.

@air63 , what do you mean all your text are failing?  Are you unable to send or receive text?  Try clearing the cache on the text app, rebooting the phone.

To get most accurate status:

Try using different browser. Try Incognito mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use computer and not phone to try to log in. Click on little spinner refresh icons lower down.

Does calls work as expected or only SMS is failing? Maybe server handling SMS has issues.
