2 days before the end of billing cycle, my data usage was shown running out ( 100G/100G). But I did not do any excessive usage for the month and the data usage breakdown showed not even 10G for the whole month. This resulted in not being able to use my data for 2 days. System glitch or somebody was actually stealing my data?

check again using browser with Incognito mode
and also, when you are in My Account, check Usage History and try to filter by 30 days and sum it up
if the usage really wrong and you need PM to help, simply open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA code when login, use email to receive code instead of SMS if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) When open Chatbot ticket, Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen

Where did you see the total amount of data? On the PM app on your phone or website on your computer?
On the app swipe down on the screen to refresh or clear cache before login to your account on the computer.
You can go to Subscription tab-View Usage History then filter data.
