Has the data ever worked on your phone since signing up?
Cell data is cellular data on iphones or mobile data on androids. Do you know how to turn it on? Have you used a cellphone before?

So do you see mention of data in the middle plan area? Do you see mention of data on the right side add-ons area?

Did you click on those little spinner icons like the image provided earlier by the other member? Do you see mention of data on the left side? Do you see mention of data on the right side? (assuming using a non-mobile browser like those images)
Has data ever worked here from when you signed up? If not then that sounds like an APN setting issue. Or the obvious, have you turned on cell data.

@Amara1 Reboot the phone first . And also try this
Try again incognito/private mode
And or lap top /computer
OR
simply try refreshing the page to check data plan / mins / add ons
For most up to date account info
