Data stopped working

My data has stopped working for many weeks couldnt figure it out.

Did you have a look at those APN settings and in your phone?

click on the question mark chat bubble to the bottom right of your screen
type "no service"
(use the chat bubble options, then click "submit a ticket, click me" option)
*login using your community account


make sure to check your inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically, for a response

@skadam oh my goodness!  Remove all your photos as they have your phone number.

Delete all your personal information!  Please do it now. Click the three dots on the top left of your post and edit.

This is a public forum. Choose 3 vertical dots and edit your post to remove phone and account information in your text. Also remove pics, they contain your phone number. You will also have to choose your avatar top right, choose My Profile and delete the image there too.

Hi below are my answers

Yes data was working on public mobile.
No I haven't changed the phone but did factory reset it some weeks ago.
I am not sure about OS update.
Using help chat tried APN setting but it did not work.
Please advise.

There we go...factory reset.

Find your phone model on this site and set your APN settings for it.

What make/model/submodel is the phone and what OS is it running?

Hi, 

 

First of all, I recommend editing out your phone number and account number since this is a public forum. 

The screenshot shows that you haven’t used your ‘monthly’ data plan or your 1GB promo*. Perhaps you have had wifi on this entire time instead of cellular? If this is not the case and you indeed have had cellular enabled the entire time, I recommend contacting a moderator to get this resolved since they can take a look at your account more closely. 

Good luck, and please edit out your personal information!

 

*Note that you will use up your 30 day data plan before you will use your promo or add-on data; the latter, which will roll over into the next month if unused.
