I had the same issue with my LTE a few weeks ago and it so happened that they were fixing the roof at my work so it’s possible, the city or where ever you are is blocking your access. I tried rebooting my phone and moving around to find a place for my LTE can work.

@Kari2 Double check like this and reboot the phone also check outages
Try again incognito/private mode
And or lap top /computer
OR
simply try refreshing the page to check data plan / mins / add ons
