Hi there!
Just activated a few days ago, can make and receive calls but data cannot be used. Please advise!

Enable data on your phone. Re-start you phone so that the PM SIM card will initialize your APN settings for the commonly available phones in Canada.
Which phone(make and model) are you using?
If you are using a LG phone, do a network reset after changing provider before your data is working again.

@veralr003Since your call is working it means that you haven't turned on the Data setting on your phone or you are missing the required Public APN settings.

which plan you have, if your plan include the data, you may run out of it, or you can check the data turn on/off.
