Hi,
My data was working last month and my monthly reset is today. My plan is paid for the month but I'm not able to connect to the internet with my data. The 4g icon animates and shows it's working but nothing is coming through.

Does the data add-on show in your overview page? Can you post a screenshot of that and your payment hostory
