Data not working?

I am being asked to sign into public mobile whenever on my data. I have plenty left (over 3gb) yet I do not have any connection?

 

Any ideas from the community?

@jt97  what do you mean you are being asked to sign in?

 

  • have you
  • checked your apn settings (possibly deleted and re entered)
  • is was data accedently turned off
  • airplane mode
  • your phone turning off data becasue it thinks you are over the limit
  • rebooted your phone
  • try sim in different phone.

These are the first things to check/do when encountering data.  (you already checked selfserve that you have data 🙂

Try your sim in other phone if data doesn't work on other phone then its probably system issue send a msg to mod

And if data work on other phone then. Try
Remove sim turn off phone insert sim restart
If that's doesn't help then try network reset or factory reset
Also provide your make and model and orignal carrier of device.
