Data max use with sim physically removed

The numbers in usage breakdown don't add up, but beyond that the sim card has not even been in a device, it's been on a shelf.  What are they doing?

Are you longer term customer with the Christmas free login from years ago?  If so, it will show usage from those old add-on.  

But if you are certain On is wrong, ask them to check 

Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
