I have the Canada Us Mexico plan. Recently I was in Mexico and could only use phone while connected to Wifi. Why can’t I use my phone from LTE 4g or 5g ?

I found where to turn on roaming so hopefully that helps. Thanks

I guess you are back now, but did you do any troubleshooting?
Connecting to different providers? Switching between automatic and manual?

Did you turn on Roaming data on the phone?
And you might need to change Network connection to Manual and manually connect to AT&T or Telcel or Movistar for it to work
