Data is not working

Hello,

My data is not working.

I have airplane mode off, restarted my phone etc and my data still isn't working.

I have 1 gig to use, so that isn't the issue.

Any help would be most appreciated.

Does it never work, or suddenly stop working? If former, check the phone's APN setting https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/set-up-data-on-an-android-phone

If later, it is very likely the data has been used up. You should have received SMS saying that.

Guess what? I restarted me phone AGAIN, and now my data is working properly.  Maybe try to restart your phone again. I hope you can get your phone back on track!

I am having the same issue. I can't seem to resolve it no matter what I do. If you figure it out, can you post your solution here? If I figure it out, I'll post here as well.

Perhaps you're viewing outdated info on the website.

 

Issues are common with Public Mobile’s website, which displays outdated information, to deal with this:

 

  • Try clearing cache and cookies and opening an incognito tab
  • Also, try tapping the highlighted area when logged into self-serve for a refreshed page version:

in settings...confirm if Cellular Data is enabled. and Roaming is also enabled.

Make sure data is enabled on the apps you wanna use too.
