New sim activated but no data
I should have 5g
my text working and calling working but not internet ? Please help

When activating a new phone or sim card you should always restart or turn off your phone and then back on in 10 seconds.

@Smckee If data is not working you need to check your APN settings to make sure they are correct. If you have an iPhone then reset your network settings and restart your phone.

Log into account, scroll down to data and add-ons. Do you see the 5 gigs?
What kind of phone do you have. You may need to manually set the apn settings.
