Weird, I usually get at least 2 reminders before my upcoming payment.

This could be a bug in the public mobile system. Maybe get a prepaid credit card or use a payment voucher until it is resolved.

Try again later, as there could be problems with the internet.

Makes sure the correct amount is on the credit card, as well as make sure your not using a prepaid credit card as these don't always work with plans.
