Data connection issue

Good evening

Having problem with my data connection, I paid my monthly due yesterday morning thru my public mobile account and still don’t have internet connection until now.

Its on my transaction history and deducted on my chequing account.

Hope you can help me.

Not sure which suggestions you're replying to but if you have a registered payment card then try a manual payment of a dollar. Restart the phone after successful.

click on the question mark chat bubble to the bottom right of your screen
type "no service"
(use the chat bubble options, then click "submit a ticket, click me" option)
*login using your community account


make sure to check your inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically, for a response

You mentioned also texting issues?

If you put your SIM in another PM compatible phone are you having the same issues?

 

If still issues when you try another phone, I would ask the moderators to check the provisioning of your account.

Try logging in to self-serve and clicking on Plans & Add-ons tab. Then Lost/stolen tab then Suspend button. Log out. Give it a minute or three. Log back in and same place but now it's the Resume button - click it. Restart your phone.

Call in and out working but text not working.

Tried to reboot it and put airplane mode but didn’t work.

I’ve been using public mobile for 3months

first payment at the store

second payment thru public mobile account and it went thru

and then this happened

Help me pls.

And how about that first question posed?

Are the other services working? Calls in/out? Texts in/out?

What plan are you on? Is it showing as active in your self-serve?

Try one or more of the below:

*rebooting your phone

*removing your SIM for a few minutes, then reinserting it

*go into airplane mode for a few minutes, then going back to regular mode

*reboot your phone again
