My data and WiFi are on together when WiFi is in range. It is also charging me data when in a WiFi range. Any ideas on how to fix this? I searched in the community but did not see anything relevant.
I think Android devices have this feature wherein they will keep the data on untill they can establish that the WiFi linked provides internet connectivity! Maybe this might be the issue here somehow. Did you try restarting the phone?
What device are you using? IPhones have a feature called WiFI Assist that uses cellular data when you have poor signal for WiFi. If this is the case, turn it off in your settings.
