Hello,
If purchased, should U.S. Roaming appear as a field in this section?
Right now I only have talk and data as fields.

I missed that.
One is talk and the other is text, so everything is OK.
I thought both lines were identical.
Getting late ...lol.

You don't get billed. You pay for it. After 10 days you can buy another one. It won't happen automatically.
One line is the talk component. The other line is the text component.

Talk and text will appear under Plan Details. Data will show as a counter under Data & Add-ons on the front overview page.

Yes you should see it on your account.
If not, is the money sitting there in your account, check your available funds.
Purchasing add-ons is a 2 step process, now you have to do the 2nd step and make the purchase using the funds from your account.

@BJ4 yes it should appear. if you have "available funds" showing then go back to the addons menu and apply the addon
once the add-on is applied, it starts immediately and expires in 10 days. you will not be billed unless you opt for the add-on again
