Hi my friends,
Can you please explain me why my data add on of 250MB for 10 days is not working even though it’s is appearing as active in the overview section ??

Did you intend to buy a 10 Day US Roaming data add on? If so great! If not then you can explain your honest mistake to customer support and ask for a credit or the add on you intended to purchase.

@upuli94 - it is not working because you are in Canada.
But if you are in the USA, try restarting your phone or performing a reset of your device's network settings; otherwise, see other posts.

If this is a 10 days USA Roaming Add-on, you will need to go into your Cellular Network and connect to T-Mobile or AT&T.

If you are in fact in the states then did data work while at home? Did you turn on the data roaming option? Did you turn on data 🙂 ?

Since you say it is for 10 days, I am assuming you are currently in the US then? that would only work for 240 hours up to 250 MB when in the US
