Data add-on not working

I have an issue with my data, I am not able to use it. At first I thought I must have run out (my 90 day plan renews in about a week) so I bought the 1gb add on. I did the two steps, by adding the money from my visa and then purchasing the data again. It worked briefly for an hour and then.. stopped. My phone has an x over the lte and nothing will load over cellular data.

What gives?

Also I messaged the mods about this issue 2 days ago and they are not responding. Anyone know typical turnaround for messages sent to them??

@brett 'that moment' might refer to that data session, which could be awhile as I understand. If you were out of data previously could you have had 1GB of stuff queued up waiting?

I'm sorry but how is it possible that 100%of 1gb was used in a moment? I was not using it heavily after the top up

I just reviewed your account and it appears like the 1GB add-on has already been completely used up. I can see that you first started using your data add-on around 11:50am and used 100% of it at that moment.

@brett, currently the last I had heard it was 24-48 hours for replies from MODS

@lammer03, he has stated that he has already messaged the MODS

@brett You can private message one of the @CS_Agent and tell them your situation, leave your number, Pm account number and they should get back to you asap.

 

Also have you tried to look up how to properly set up your data on your phone:

All I can say is if they don't reply in a few days, make another private message again and just wait thats all you can do for now, good luck I hope everything works out for you soon!
