 Not sure if this was a cleverly disguised scam so I haven't clicked the link. Has anyone else received this text message? Or is this a real promotion right now?

I have an issue with my data, I am not able to use it. At first I thought I must have run out (my 90 day plan renews in about a week) so I bought the 1gb add on. I did the two steps, by adding the money from my visa and then purchasing the data again...
