Data access is blocked when connecting to web data

Plenty of data left for months 3 gb out of 20 gb

When disconnecting from mobile data and connecting getting this screen displayed

I had this happen earlier today. I put on airplane mode for a minute and when I took it off everything was back to normal. Scared me for a minute lol
